Data collected: when you write to us, through the contact form or by e-mail, we collect your first name, last name and e-mail address, the objective you selected and the content of your message. The site collects no other personal data (for appointments, see below), apart from the technical logs kept by the host for the security of the service.

Purpose and legal basis: this data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to send you a proposal. Processing is based on RP4 YOU's legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients: your data is intended exclusively for RP4 YOU and its technical service providers (e-mail, hosting) acting on its behalf. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. The host is established in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

Appointments: the “Book a call” buttons open Sail Controls' booking page on Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft 365). The information you enter there (name, contact details, request) is processed by Microsoft on behalf of RP4 YOU, solely to arrange the meeting, and kept under the same conditions. Microsoft may process it outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Microsoft is certified).

Retention period: three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@sailcontrols.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social media plug-ins. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: browsing its pages sends no data to any third party.

External sites that some links point to apply their own cookie policies.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
